Presented on a surface of 55 square meters is located on the first floor of the villa. The apartment is ideal for a stay of 4 or 5 people and consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one with twin beds plus a sofa bed for one person, large living room with kitchenette. A bathroom with shower and hairdryer.

The apartment is equipped with all linen, bedding and towels (included in the price of the apartment), wi-fi, satellite LCD TV, safe, heating and air conditioning.

The apartment converted from the bedrooms of the old villa retains the frescoed ceilings with original drawings of the construction period and wooden floors. Furnished with some original furniture. It has a balcony.
